EXCHANGES & RETURNS
We are committed to design and manufacture products of best quality and fit.
However, if in case the product doesn’t fit your size, we are happy to help you with a hassle-free exchange process.
All you need to do is to initiate an exchange request by reaching out over email at care@relaxcompany.in or call to raise the return requests
Exchange eligibility: The product(s) requested for exchange should be in resalable condition. It should not be used, washed, worn and must be returned with intact tags and original packaging.
NOTE: Products bought from clearance sale are not eligible for refund/exchange.
Steps to initiate Return/Exchange process through website:

Initiate the Exchange/Return Request by submitting the request.

Reverse Pickup of your order will be initiated within the next 48 hours.

Handover the package to the assigned pickup agent. Product should be unused and should have original tags intact. If tags are not proper or product is not in resalable condition, return will be rejected.

Once the pickup is complete, you will receive a COUPON CODE of the same value as the amount paid by you in your email within 24 hours of reverse pickup being completed. Instructions for its usage will be mentioned in the same email.

With the COUPON CODE, you can place a new order for a fresh piece or any other product from the website.

In Case of Exchanges, as soon as the pickup is done your new order as per your selection will be created and will be shipped in next 48 hrs. You will receive updates about your new order over email and whatsapp.
REFUNDS
All refunds will be processed/credited in a form of COUPON CODE that can be used for future purchases. NO refund will be processed in bank account.
PRODUCT
- Only Products purchased at our website relaxcompany.in (“website”) are eligible for exchange and return under this policy.
- Returns are generally accepted within 3 days from the Delivered Date except some products like neck massager and other selected products which are susceptible to damage can only be returned for a limited number of days.
- Please read the Product Detail Page to see the number of days up to which a product can be returned once delivered.
- Returns must be undamaged, unaltered and unused with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Relax Company will not be liable for the products returned by mistake. If an extra or a different product is returned by mistake, Relax Company would not be accountable for misplacement or replacement of the product and is not responsible for its delivery back to the Customer.
EXCLUSIONS
- Products sold during sale are final and cannot be exchanged or returned.
- Products purchased through gift cards, e-gift coupons, free promotional gifts, promotional offers to corporates, cannot be returned.
- Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products), cannot be returned.
DAMAGED AND DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
- Please note that only the damaged product will be replaced/refunded, in the case of multiple item shipments.
- We assure to provide a swift resolution and prompt refund or replacement, as is acceptable in your case.
- You should while accepting your order make sure that the packaging of the product is not damaged or defective. Once you have accepted an defective box, no return request will be processed for products which have got damaged due to such packing, except for manufacturing defects.
- If the Products you receive is damaged, defective, or contains the wrong products, please return the product within 5 days from the delivered date.
- Please note that Relax Company will not be liable for any action if damage of the product or packaging is found to be a result of negligence by the recipient in the handling or storage of the product.
INTERNATIONAL PURCHASE
Relax Company do not permit any returns or exchanges for international purchases unless the products have some manufacturing defects or a different product is delivered from what you had ordered.
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
In the event of any dispute arising between the parties with respect to this Policy, the same shall be referred to the sole arbitrator and the arbitration shall be in accordance with Arbitration and Conciliation Act of 1996. The seat and place of arbitration shall be at Gurgaon, India and the decision of the Arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties herein. The language of arbitration proceeding shall be English.
This contract shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Gurgaon, India and shall be governed by the Indian laws.
GRIEVANCES REDRESSAL
Any issue in relation to the Exchange and Return Policy shall be communicated to the grievance officer. Our Grievance Officer shall undertake all reasonable efforts to address your grievances at the earliest possible opportunity. You may contact us at:
